Paint & Sip Uganda is hiring a General Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, driving business performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all Paint & Sip Uganda activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team development.
Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
Oversee budgeting, revenue performance, and cost control.
Support marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and customer experience.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Creative or artistic background is an added advantage.
