Housing Finance Bank is welcoming applications for the 2026 Graduate Trainee Program for a hands-on development journey designed to fast-track exceptional graduates into future banking leaders. You will rotate across key business functions — including Credit, Retail Banking, Operations, and Business development — gaining real exposure to how a leading financial institution works.

Please note that we are seeking 2025/2026 graduates with at least an O-Level Credit pass in Math and English, and a Second Class Upper (or higher) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or Business Computing, who are willing to work across HFB’s Uganda branch network.
