Requirements
Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or directly related field.
1-3 year experience within the food industry, particularly in a farm-to-market context.
Solid foundation in food processing principles and food product development.
Strong organisational skills to coordinate supply, processing, and delivery operations efficiently & good communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Attention to detail to safeguard hygiene and safety standards.
Understanding of food safety regulations and standards
Creativity and innovation to develop new food products and packaging solutions.
