Novel BioTech is hiring a motivated, honest, and energetic Shop Attendant (3) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
Arrange and display merchandise neatly.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive.
Promote products and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE/A’ Level) or a Certificate in a relevant field.
Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage.
Good  communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
