Abryanz is seeking a professional and hospitable Coffee Bar & VIP Lounge Host to manage its in-store coffee bar and provide a premium lounge experience for VIP customers. The role combines beverage service, hospitality, customer relationship management, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, soft drinks, and approved alcoholic beverages in accordance with responsible-service standards.
Verify identification before serving alcohol, avoid serving intoxicated customers, and comply with applicable liquor licence requirements.
Host VIP clients by appointment and walk-in, coordinating customer needs with the Store Manager and MTM Coordinator.
Maintain lounge cleanliness, hygiene, stock levels, and presentation to premium hospitality standards.
Record all bar consumption, including opened bottles, measured pours, and complimentary drinks, and reconcile consumption records with sales at closing.
Support store events, including soft launches and VIP evenings.
Requirements
Experience in barista services or bar operations, preferably in a premium hospitality environment.
Understanding of responsible alcohol service and willingness to enforce the relevant requirements consistently.
A warm, discreet, and professional hosting manner.
Key Performance Expectations
Achieve bar and lounge revenue targets.
Maintain accurate stock-to-sales reconciliations with no unexplained variances.
Promote VIP customer satisfaction and repeat lounge bookings.
Ensure full compliance with responsible alcohol service and identification-check policies.
