Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect for clients, assess financial needs and explain life-assurance products.
Support applications, onboarding, premium follow-up and policy renewals.
Maintain customer relationships and submit sales-pipeline and activity reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Certificate, diploma or degree in any field; UACE holders may be considered for sales-support roles.
Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Integrity, resilience and self-motivation; familiarity with Kampala and local languages is preferred.
