The Ministry of Health Regional Referral Hospitals is seeking qualified nursing professionals to fill 20 Nursing Officer (Critical Care) positions. Successful candidates will provide specialised nursing care to critically ill patients, monitor patient conditions, support emergency interventions and ensure the safe use of critical care equipment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will:
Provide specialised nursing care to critically ill patients.
Assess, monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
Implement nursing care plans and administer prescribed treatments.
Participate in resuscitation and other critical care procedures.
Operate and monitor critical care equipment, ensuring its proper use.
Supervise, coach and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
Collaborate with medical practitioners and other healthcare professionals in managing critically ill patients.
Ensure the availability and proper utilisation of medicines, supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate nursing records and prepare periodic reports.
Participate in research, health education and quality-improvement activities.
Promote adherence to professional nursing standards, the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Academic Qualifications
