UMC Victoria Hospital is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of healthcare facilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will ensure that buildings, equipment, and support services operate effectively to provide a safe environment for patients and staff.
Manage maintenance of buildings, utilities, and medical support infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage facility budgets, procurement, and service contracts.
Monitor security, cleaning, and waste management services.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Office & Facilities Management
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities or property management, preferably within healthcare.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and occupational safety.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
