Abryanz is looking for a warm, patient, and customer-oriented VIP Style Consultant to deliver an enjoyable kidswear shopping experience for parents and children. The successful candidate will also represent the Abryanz own-brand identity and promote its products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and efficient service to parents and children, including sizing assistance and quick transactions.
Maintain safety and tidiness in the kidswear section, ensuring hangers, pins, and other potential hazards are properly managed.
Explain the Abryanz own-brand story, materials, and design features to customers.
Maintain size runs and replenish stock throughout the day.
Recommend complementary products and cross-sell between kidswear and own-brand merchandise where appropriate.
Requirements
A warm and patient manner, with the ability to interact comfortably with children and families.
A good understanding of the Abryanz own-brand story or willingness to learn it.
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Key Performance Expectations
Meet individual and section sales targets, including own-brand sales.
Maintain kidswear safety standards and achieve zero safety incidents.
Effectively communicate the own-brand story to improve customer engagement and conversions.
