Abryanz is seeking a well-presented, knowledgeable, and customer-focused VIP Style Consultant to manage its fragrance, luggage, and leather goods sections. The successful candidate will provide personalized product advice and a premium shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable fragrance consultations, advising customers on scent families, longevity, and fragrances suitable for different occasions.
Maintain fragrance testers, hygiene standards, and stock rotation, while recording breakages and spoilage.
Present and sell luggage and leather goods, explaining craftsmanship, care instructions, and warranty terms.
Provide gift-purchase services, including gift wrapping and gift receipts.
Secure and accurately count high-value merchandise to minimize stock losses.
Requirements
Retail experience in fragrances, accessories, or luxury goods is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
Confidence in serving customers making high-value purchases.
Key Performance Expectations
Achieve section sales targets for fragrances, luggage, and leather goods.
Minimize stock shrinkage and maintain accurate loss-prevention records.
Deliver effective gift services and recommend complementary products.
