Abryanz is seeking a reliable and vigilant Security / Loss Prevention Officer to protect customers, staff, cash, and high-value merchandise within its premium retail store.
Key Responsibilities
Staff the store entrance and exit and monitor high-risk merchandise areas, including fragrances, luggage, leather goods, and own-brand products.
Support store opening and closing procedures, including premises inspections and alarm activation or deactivation.
Monitor CCTV and electronic article surveillance (EAS) alerts and respond to incidents in accordance with security procedures.
Support cash-in-transit and banking activities alongside the Finance & Admin Officer.
Maintain a visible but discreet security presence appropriate for a premium retail environment.
Requirements
Placement through a licensed and insured security firm is recommended.
Experience in retail or premium hospitality security is preferred.
Key Performance Expectations
Monitor and track store-wide stock shrinkage.
Respond promptly to incidents and ensure complete incident logging.
Ensure no CCTV or EAS alerts remain unresolved or uninvestigated.
